I’m not the one with a bunch of words, but I’ve been given the opportunity to share my personal experience and help others seek help too. My anxiety issues started at a young age. That had a really big impact on my social skills. The more I thought to myself was the more I would feel isolated, turning those bottled feelings into anxiety. I would pinch scars in my neck to relieve that anxiety; but at the time I didn’t know why.

Just like me, there are a lot of people who suffer from overwhelming anxiety and other mental illnesses. Don’t be alarmed, mental illness can be overcome! And it’s best to be aware of the things going on inside our minds and our bodies. If you’re feeling something wrong then something just may be wrong. And that’s ok. It becomes a problem when you don’t seek help. I encourage you to speak with a counselor or a doctor or a therapist. We all deserve to be heard, understood and helped!
